Developing Minds is an exciting, stimulating, and
comprehensive enrichment program for elementary school
students. We offer a variety of creative and challenging
after-school courses which are designed to develop and
strengthen critical-thinking skills, foster self-confidence,
and develop an inherent desire for learning.

Laurie Stern

Laurie has taught elementary education for the last 29 years. For the past 25 years, she has been an educator in the Manhattan Beach School District.
She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. In addition, she has earned a Master of Arts degree in Administration and Supervision.
